First Time

When he looked up and caught me staring at him in the locker room, something shifted between us. I just didn’t know exactly what, or how far it would go.

I had tried on the plaid skirt and the shirt knotted at my navel a hundred times in my head. That afternoon, with the house empty, I finally did it for real.

I said yes with my heart racing. Marcos repeated the safeword three times before he began, and I knew I was in the right hands.

Under the shower, her fingers finished what he had started in that room. And she knew three days would not be enough.

When I arrived late to the locker room, he was already coming out of the shower. I shouldn’t have looked. But I did. And he saw it. What happened next wasn’t in any script.

Rodrigo told me there would be six. I stood up and left. Nine days later I called him back to say I’d thought about it and yes.

When I left the gym I thought I was heading straight home. I had no idea he was waiting by the fence, lit cigarette in hand and something else on his mind.

For years I kept my backpack in the car with all my lingerie inside, just in case. That Thursday, the moment finally came.

When I saw his name on the screen, my stomach clenched. Two weeks remembering his mouth and his hands, and there he was again, as if nothing had happened.

Three weeks keeping the secret. When I knelt behind the lattice and heard his voice, I knew I had to tell him everything, down to the last detail of the sin.

I crossed the bar with trembling legs, took his face in my hands, and kissed him without saying a word. What came after can’t be told in daylight.

When Daniela brought her friend to the back room, she thought she was introducing her to the place. She had no idea the innocent woman already knew it by heart.

He caught me looking at him in the locker room and said nothing. But on the way out he was waiting by the fence, nodding toward the woods: just a minute.

There were nights when I didn’t look at the face of whoever came in. I counted the money and waited for it to be over. But once, everything was completely different.

When she caught me in her room with the slipper in my hand, her look mixed surprise with something darker. That day changed everything between us.

He’d come in looking for the bathroom and stayed standing in the doorway, staring at me. Twenty years old, nervous as hell, and asking me something I hadn’t expected.

When I opened the door and saw him there, with that good-boy look and those defined arms, I knew that afternoon was going to change something for both of us.

When she arrived at the party in that dress, I knew something was going to happen. No one imagined we’d end up in her apartment, the four of us, teaching her everything.

She chose the man. I arranged the meetings. Neither of us knew exactly how that spring night in Barcelona would end.

I went to that club in a bad mood. Nicolás came looking for his sister and left with me. No one knows yet, and I don’t regret it.
